An Operations Support Administrator is required to join an expanding Security company based in Newbury.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will complement the existing small friendly team and will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £19,0000 per annum

Hours: 37.5/wk – Monday to Friday 0830-1700, 1 hours’ unpaid lunch

The role:

Responsible for all aspects of administration of a portfolio of client sites and staff including:

· Updating staff personnel files

· New starter and leaver administration

· Site staff Personnel administration

· Scheduling of site staff shifts using relevant software

· Ordering all items as required for site staff

· Co-ordination of site staff training

· Production of Daily, Weekly and monthly operational reports

· Reference checking

· Supporting and liaising with the Operations team to ensure smooth running of sites and staff

· Maintaining stationery cupboard and supplies

· General administration tasks as and when required

Desirable Candidate Attributes:

· Knowledge of Security Industry

· Experience within a small busy team

· Experience of Microsoft Dynamics

· Experience of using time and attendance software
